Have you ever wondered why some nations prosper while other struggle, or what makes the difference between financial success or failure? If you've found yourself curious about the forces that shape our economic world, this class will give you the tools to understand and engage with these vital questions.
Economics is the study of choices and interactions of people with regard to resources and money, and it touches every aspect of our lives. In this course we'll take a critical look at different economic and political systems used throughout history and across the globe, studying their foundations through classic texts. You'll learn to identify the core principles and values underlying each system and see how they compare with your own beliefs.
We'll also dive into practical financial principles to help you build a solid foundation and understand how money can be used as the gift it was meant to be. Finally, you'll explore entrepreneurship and discover what it takes to identify opportunities and build businesses that create real value.
